In Case You'd Forgotten I'm a Law Student...

Frustrating: there's a gap between when HeinOnline stops having copies of the Georgetown Law Journal (1990) and when FindArticles.com starts having them (Nov. 1997). Into that gap has fallen a McNollgast article that would be useful (though I suppose it's not necessary) for my Substantial. And, of course, all the hard copies have been checked out, probably by someone else in my class writing on a similar subject. Why dost thou mock me, O Georgetown Law Journal?!? Why!?!
