WOMAN TWO: Yeah, but Delaware is a state-run institution.
ANGUS: Now, is Delaware really a state?

Angus later runs into Woman Two in the hallway
WOMAN TWO: I have a question.
ANGUS: I have an answer.
WOMAN TWO: Huh.
ANGUS: Not necessarily the right one, but an answer.
WOMAN TWO: OK.
ANGUS: In case you're wondering, I do consider Delaware a state.
